Its freezing outside and I'm hot! I can't drink enough water. I'm seriously burning up! Cool
Showers only work while I'm in the shower. Normal?

I have had hot spells, especially before about 6 weeks. I was actually sweating bad then. I also get very hot easily. I live in a cold climate as well and drive around sometimes with my window down when I . It's usually more when I've been active versus just sitting at my computer.

I was with my first. I seriously could never get cool. She was born in August in NC and it was the most miserable summer of my life. I kept the house so cold that my poor husband had to wear a sweatshirt when he was inside. My daughter is very hot natured now lol. She doesn't get cold very easily lol.

I can definitely tell I'm warmer than usual. My showers aren't as hot and my hair dryer setting had to be taken down a notch. And yeah, I wake up hot much more now than before.

I am still cold but it's weird, I get overheated in seconds. Riding in the car with the heat on, and once I'm warmed up I have to crack a window in 4 degree weather just to not feel like I'm going to faint...but I'll get cold if I turn the heat off. LOL I like to be warm but all the sudden breathing in warm air makes me sick.

I'm definitely experiencing hot flashes. I am normally cold, but I'll wake up in the middle of the night hot, and I have to rip off my sweatshirt and blanket. Then a few hours later I'll wake up cold and have to put everything back on.

I have been getting hot flashes too. I am cold one minute, then I get so hot I start taking of layers of clothing. Most nights I don't sleep with a blanket or I wake up sweating.
