6-8 week growth spurt and clogged ducts

Ds2 just went through his 6-8 week growth spurt. It lasted 3 days and actually wasn't as terrible as I expected. DS1s growth spurts were always horrible! But now I have clogged ducts in both breasts! is this common? I don't remember getting them this bad with DS1. almost half of my right is clogged up. I had H rub it this morning since his hands are bigger and when he hit the spot that is clogged I felt like I would throw up and it hurt into my back.

I've tried a hot shower, dangle feeding...nothing is getting this sicker our and I'm afraid I'm going to get mastitis. This is day 2.

I'm going to dig up some lecithin today but any other advice to pull the clog out?

    Vibrator or electronic toothbrush. An extremely hot shower with massage and then immediately dangle feeding would usually do the trick for me. Good luck !
