I'm looking to find those of you that were diagnosed with Low Lying Placenta (Placenta Previa) in the second trimester and were able to have a vaginal birth safely due to placenta "migrating" or growing upward with the uterus. I'm a FTM and slightly freaking out, I really was looking forward to a vaginal birth. Thanks!

No, placenta previa didn't move enough for safe vaginal birth
I was diagnosed with low lying placenta (they never used the words "placenta previa") at our anatomy scan, and it resolved itself by 28weeks. All was well for our vaginal birth
Good luck, mama.

Yes, I had it with my first pregnancy. I think I had a u/s around 27 weeks, and then I was cleared at a 32ish week u/s. I was worried, but my MW was pretty sure it was going to move.
I have this. Diagnosed at 18 weeks with placenta only 1.6cm away from cervix. Had another ultrasound this week at 21 weeks and it had moved to 2.2cm away. Over 2cm away and you can have a vaginal birth. My doctor said he still expects it to keep moving up.
