Late Night Nausea?

So Im just about to hit 33 weeks tomorrow. The past 4 nights I have woken during the night to my heart beating a little bit faster as it would when i start to feel sick, and getting the urge to need to vomit. I also feel like I might faint and get extremely hot and start to get the sweats. TMI but i go to the toilet to poo (mild diarrhea) and sometimes it helps but ive heard its not good to have vomiting and diarrhea at one
