Just wondering if anyone can share with me their experiences with Domperidone? Did it work for you or not? What dosage did you take?

I ordered 100pills from inhousepharmacy to try before I order more, and it's just now starting to work (only 1-2oz a day 7 days later)! ::excited::

Good to hear! Did you have a prescription? I tried to order from there and it said one was required so I had to order from some other Canadian pharmacy online. Can I ask how much you were producing before you started taking it, how old your baby is and how much you are producing now @vedra82‌ ?

My little guy is 2 weeks, I only produce about 5-7 oz a day! 20 to 30 ml total per 20 min pump session every 2 to 3 hours. This is my last hope before I give up on breastfeeding.

I was producing 13-14oz per day before starting Domp. Now, about a week later, I'm at 15-16z per day.

My daughter just turned 5 months old... and it's been 5 months of trying everything under the sun, but the supply just wouldn't budge!

It was low from the start. My first lactation consultation was on Day5 and they said that the baby wasn't regaining weight at the rate they hoped she would (she was only taking in about 1.5oz per feeding every 2.5-3h). I resisted the supplementing until week 4. I also had two bad bouts of mastitis and antibiotics around day 10 and day 21 which probably didn't help the situation.

Those first weeks are THE most crucial time to get the milk going so kudos to you for looking into this early!

@vedra82‌ I ordered from my-reorder.com because they offer fast shipping and I need it quickly. I ordered it a couple days ago, so hopefully will get it early next week. In the future I will probably order from myclickremedy to save $

It's day 17 for me, and I'm up 4-5oz per day!!! Fingers crossed for you!

Domperidone is a life saver for me. When I'm on it, I feel full, I pump about 25-35% more than when I'm not on on it. Its a no brainer. If I forget to take it, I soon notice a difference in supply. The moment I go back within 2 days, I'm back up.
