Has anyone had problems with dry skin patches on their eyes and your eyes hurting and rubbing them constantly?

My eyes seem dry lately but not the skin, my eye doctor gave me a sample of a moisturizing eye drop and it helps a lot. For under my eyes I actually have these cooling and moisturizing eye gel patches that I wear for a few hours once a week and it helps with under eye rehydration.
