Exhaustion!

I was spoiled this past week bc we were on vacation so I took at least an hr nap with my kids each day. First day back at work yesterday and I was wiped. Husband worked last night so I couldn't go to sleep until our two little ones were down but I was ready at like 6. Passed out at 9 woke up at 5:30 and I could soooo go back to sleep right now. Anyone else have one symptom that is crazy strong?

  • YES! I have been so tired lately. Dh works a weird shift so he's home during most weekdays. I've been able to nap when dd goes down and I can actually sleep knowing there's another adult here. I NEVER napped during the day, I actually hate naps because I feel more tired when I wake up. But I've had to for the past week or so. Can't wait for the second trimester energy boost!

  • I've had the same thing. This is my first pregnancy, but I am terribly exhausted all day. It feels as though I haven't had any sleep. I used to be a night owl and that is drastically changing. 
  • I hear ya!  I never napped, and the past two weeks all I seem to be able to do is sleep.  I struggle to make it through the work day. 

  • Sleep, all I want to do is sleep. ..this is my second baby and I don't remember being this tired! I-) hang in there mommas we'll get through this.
  • Yes! All I want to do is sleep! It's harder with a little one at home for sure. I remember being tired with my first but not this tired. I just don't want to get out of bed.

  • Same here! This is my first and I'm ready for bed by 7 or 8, I feel like I'm such a bore but I'm so exhausted! 1 day I wanted to cry because I couldn't find somewhere at work to take a nap Lmbo
  • Ditto!! So exhausted!! We just found out about our rainbow baby, today's been the first day of the extreme exhaustion. But I'll take it :)
  • I'm going through the same thing!! I am so tired, I fall asleep 830-900 pm, then I'm up several times throughout the night to pee! Then I can't get comfortable again and have trouble falling back to sleep. I work 12 hours shifts and since I've had to drastically cut back on my caffeine intake I am always groggy.
  • It seems like the only time I am not tired is when I wake up in the morning. I am exhausted all day everyday. When does this go away? I am thinking that if I excercise regularly I would have more energy. Thoughts?
