BBT thermometer suggestion?

Does anyone have a recommended BBT thermometer recommendation?  I have three separate ones their temperatures all provide significantly different readings when taken back-to-back-to-back.  I originally bought one off amazon (Mabis DMI), thought I lost it so I replaced with the same one, then went on vacation and forgot the thermometer, so I bought a CVS brand one.  Thanks for your suggestions!

    I have a ReliOn and have had no problems. A lot of the women here recommend/like the Mabis. I do not like that ReliOn doesn't have a backlight...when you are temping at 6am with blackout curtains...aggravating! I will most likely get a Mabis though I have not been able to find it in store so will have to order online.
