Shortened Cervix, stopping progesterone suppositories

Hello all, I'm 32 weeks and on bed rest due to a shortened dynamic cervix with funneling (1.4cm). I was placed on Progesterone Suppositories at 29 weeks and doc will take me off them at 34 weeks since he said they do not try to stop labor after that point. Question, has anyone here had a history of stopping Progesterone and how long after did you go into labor? I heard the drop in progesterone may cause labor a few days to a week after. I want her to bake longer than 35 weeks!

Although this is only my personal experience and it's always best to talk with your doctor here goes:

I was using progesterone suppositories at 18 weeks due to short cervix. I continued to shorten and had an emergency cerclage placed at 19 weeks at 20 weeks due to vaginal irritation I was told to stop progesterone. I am now 35 weeks, so I would say unless your body really wants to go into preterm labor stopping progesterone may not necessarily put you into labor.
