  Hahaha! I think they have reflexes that start in utero, the super quick startle-like reflex is the Moro reflex.

  I don't know about sneezing but after a weird bubbly sensation I did Google about whether or not fetuses could fart. Although I knew the chances were slim I was really hoping I could blame some of my stinks on little man. Google said fetuses do not fart. Oh well.

  I'm not 100% sure, but it probably wouldn't hurt to cram a tissue up there just in case.

  Doubt it. Probably just a reflex. They yawn and hiccup but never have I ever heard of a baby sneezing in the uterus.

  I'm pretty sure the answer is yes. The baby snot is what creates the mucous plug & snot like discharge.
