anyone ever have the stomach flu while pregnant?

My 3yr old had it a few days ago, and I woke up at 7am vomiting, and have been in the bathroom on/off all day so far. Now my husband is the same! Has anyone else had it while pregnant? Guess I'm just paranoid about the babies cause I haven't been able to eat anything etc :(
TTC since 9-5-09 BFP #1 7-19-10 missed m/c 9-3-10 BFP #2 1-12-11 stick baby! BFP #3 9-13-14. First u/s 10-10-14 TWINS!!

    Had it 4 times this pregnancy. Stay hydrated and keep fever down. Best treatment, and only treatment for it. It will run its course and you just need to prevent dehydration and prevent fever. Those are the real dangers of it. Hope you feel better!

    I've had it although not while pregnant. Mine was pretty bad though and I got dehydrated pretty quick. If you think it's too much, I'd would go to the doctor, maybe they can administer an IV and give you some fluids that way if you can't keep anything down. That's what I did and it made me feel so much better. It lasted about 4-5 days. Good luck with everything.

    I had it with my second. It was AWFUL!! I just drank tea, when I could stomach it. I couldn't eat for a couple days, but everything turned out ok.

    I did during week 8. Terrible nausea. Make sure you stay hydrated and keep an eye on your temp in case you get a fever.
