I do!! I feel a flutter here and there every once in awhile, but not too much. It freaks me out sometimes that something is wrong, but then I remind myself my doctor has assured me it's completely normal and nothing to worry about. It will just take a little longer to feel regular kicks
I am. I also did with my first. With both I am still feeling a ton even when they said I would not. I can't imagine what it would feel like if it wasn't anterior.!!
I do too. I'm 23 weeks and Some days I feel him move more than others. But its getting more and more consistent. A lot of times I just feel him kicking my bladder and cervix or just flipping around in there. I'm sure as baby gets bigger we all will soon start feeling those kicks all the time.
I just found out I have this when I went to my A/S this week. I can't really feel movement in the front, but feel it all the time way on the far left of my side :-)
Use the search function. Anterior placenta is very common, not a big deal at all, and if you asked your doctor anything (which you should have) they would have told you that it cushions the baby's movements so not to worry about not feeling movement.
PLACE YOUR BETS, LADIES!!! How many more times this pregnancy will someone start this exact same thread?!? Hmmm...20 weeks to go for me, so I'll say 62.
I have it. I feel my little man move still but I have a "dead zone." I can tell where my placenta is bc I never feel movements in a certain area. But I can feel him all the way around it when he does move.
Who's being mean? There were either helpful anecdotes or tips on where to find the active discussions by other people with anterior placenta. How this is mean I will never understand.
im 24Weeks & 3days (due june 1st), and my placenta is anterior. i barely feel a thing, and what i do feel could just as easily be wind really... according to midwife, by 28-30 weeks, baby should be big enough that you'll feel her even though your placenta acts like a cushion. dont worry
I'm right there with you. I feel an occasional bump hear or there but nothing consistent. My DH keeps wanting to feel movement but hasn't gotten a chance yet!
Re: Anterior Placenta. Does any one else have this? I feel very little movements.
