I started the thread because I am so: bored, tired, frustrated, etc. My doc decided to induce me Thursday at 5pm due to high blood pressure and lack of fetal movement. I was only 1 cm dilated. It is now Saturday at 7:30am and still no baby. This is the slowest, most difficult thing I've ever done. Hopefully it doesn't result in a c-section after all this because I might lose it. All I want is a baby and a cheeseburger. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer lol
I had my last day at work yesterday and I'm so mixed emotioned about it. (I realize I just made up a word... ) I'm going to clean house and make a target run today. Then DH and I are going to a baptism class so we can get Baby B baptized in March when my sister is here to visit.
@loriann091 good luck! I hope things start moving.
I am working until 2/27 or if baby decides to make an early appearance. My due date is 2/26. I have had false labor for 2 nights now and at my exam yesterday I was 2 cm, 80% effaced and baby is between station -2 and -3. Needless to say I'm getting anxious and very worried my water will break at work. I'm a middle school teacher so I really don't want that to happen. I know there chances of that happening aren't very good but my water broke with DD on its own. This makes me even more anxious.
We are team green and I'm also ready to bust out of that!
It's DH's last day of work for the week, woo! Then his week off. We have sooo much to get done during that week, because there's a lot I can't do and that he won't get to during an "on" week of 12 hour shifts.
I'm with you @Grapes13 !! Must be the rage of being 40+3 and no real sightings of this baby arriving soon. I'm to the point now where I've almost given up hope of not being induced even though I know rationally things can change in a matter of an hour.
I don't even know if I've ever been warned, I only access TB on mobile.
I feel like one of these SS lately, looking for any sign that labor is near. Watching Gilmore girls; "oh wow! Sherry's c-section is scheduled February 7th? THAT'S TODAY! Is it a sign?!" Maybe I should start a thread about it and ask.
Today is my first day on. I have my C-section in the morning. My LO weighed 9lbs about 2 weeks ago. A little nervous but I'm ok. I really want to vent about everyone telling me what to do and expect. Keep in mind I do have a child already. Also, why does everyone think you want them to come visit at the hospital?? I mean people really have no consideration. Everyone is saying you better get some sleep tonite because you won't after tomorrow. I'm like where have you been the last 4 months because I have not slept half way decent since then. Is anyone else sleeping sitting up because they can't lay on their side?? Well I just wanted to post before tomorrow. I've enjoyed reading everyone's posts because it keeps me sane!! Have a great day everyone!!
@vmcmullen good luck tomorrow! I also don't understand why everyone thinks it's ok to visit in the hospital immediately after the baby is born. We made them wait with DD and we will make them wait with this one too.
The noise!!!!! I can't Handel it! My dog constantly making Licking Noises, my husband brushing his teeth with his sonicare, him peeing sounds soooo freaking loud, my toddler is a broken record, waiting for a new fridge because this one's fan is loud, On and on I just want so quiet time!!!!!!
Re: Saturday Spam
Yesterday was my last day of work. Hoping the baby stays put for another week so I can relax and clean a little bit this week.
Today we're working on (finally) installing the car seat, and I'm really hoping for some donuts at some point today lol.
I am so over this thrush. I really hope it's gone soon.
@loriann091, I hope things speed up for you!

One more thread that asks "am I in labor?" And I swear I'm going to flip a lid on someone....
Edit:this really sucks. This place just is crap.
