Just wondering (and sorry if this is a silly question) - is it okay for the parents to know the gender before the gender reveal party? I'm a little confused as to whether or not these parties are supposed to reveal the gender to everyone (including the parents) or if it's more for revealing the gender to close family and friends.
Thanks in advance!!!
Re: Gender reveal party ettiquette
Personally as a guest I would find it a little lame if the parents knew, I mean isn't the point to all find out together?
2nd round exp 8/20/18.
I loved having a moment with my hubby to know beforehand and thought it was special for us to tell everyone together. It's also hard for me to process emotions, so finding out in front of everyone... No thank you!
I say do what you want! I've seen it done both ways! Those who love and support you will be happy to be there to find out... Even if you already know!
