Couple of anatomy scan issues

We had our A/S yesterday and my doctor saw two areas of concern:
1. Nuchal fold of 8mm
2. Single artery umbilical cord
I'm going to a high risk ultrasound on Monday to look more closely. Doctor seemed reassured that my genetic testing had come back clear so there's that, but honestly, it was one of those situations where they explain a bunch of medical terms to you, and you nod, and you've forgotten it all by the time you get to the car.
Everything I've read online has given me optimism but of course, I'm reading about them as lone issues. I can't help but be concerned that we have both problems going on.
I'm asking that my June bumpies send good thoughts and vibes for my little girl. I'm sure all is well but will take all the extra support I can get!
