Sore belly button

I am having to deal with the skin on top of my belly button being extremely painful! What do I do? I have put lotion on it but it hurts so bad!

    Sorry you're experiencing this. I'd just make a quick call to the dr. and ask what they'd recommend. That's what they're there for - I have to keep reminding myself of that too. ;)

    My belly button looks bruised around the outside...like a perfect circular bruise...but not painful. I'm guessing your pain and my bruising is just the stretching but just give them a call today to set your mind at ease going into the weekend.

    Pure vitamin e oil or coconut oil seems to help some of the painful tummy skin stretching! I'm 25 weeks and I noticed within the last week my belly button and whole above it from my piercing has been really sore from the stretching.
