It's almost 5am and I'm in soooo much pain...my mouth hurts so bad and this one tooth is making it hard for me to eat, sleep or function right now. Any suggestions on how to stop the pain?
Biotene. It's the anti-bacterial mouthwash recommended for oral piercings. If the pain is caused by swelling/infection it will help to treat the source of the pain until you can get to a dentist.
Try garlic. If you can, get a whole bulb, take a clove from it(peel it, of course), cut it in half and stick the freshly cut part on the side of the tooth on your gums. It can burn pretty bad at first, but the relief is almost immediate. You can even try chewing on it if you'd like.
I'd call your dentist. They can probably provide you some pregnancy safe suggestions. Besides, tooth pain can be a sign of infection that requires antibiotics.
