Anyone gain weight and busting out of their pants already??

Just curious how everyone is feeling. I'm 8w5d and so bloated and already can't fit into my regular pants. Have been trying to eat healthy and not indulge in every craving. Hoping I'm not alone in how I'm feeling!!!

  • 7w3d and feeling the bloat! I am seriously thinking about getting out the maternity pants my sister let me borrow! Who cares, right? As long as we are comfy!!

  • I'm not even 7 weeks and I can't fit into any of my pants except my stretchy yoga pants. Nothing will button!
  • I am 9w4d and my pants will not button. I have one pair of maternity jeans, so far, but I have to have them hemmed, they are way too long. I have been using my belly band or wearing stretch pants.
  • I'm 10 weeks today and I have 0 dress pants for work. I'm wearing dresses and skirts for as long as possible until I have to buy some pants. I should add that I'm having twins, so I have no idea when I wil start showing.
  • Thank goodness I am not the only one. I am 10 weeks today and I went to the doc for the first time yesterday and told her I feel disgusting and fat. She said it was all hormones making me bloat. I can't fit into jeans but luckily all my work pants fit.

    This is me!!!!
I feel as if I'm eating smaller sensible meals, healthy snacks, and practically NO junk food, but maybe that's just my perception because I am really packing it on.  The elastic on my usual comfy cotton underwear is pulling tightly around my belly already.  During my first pregnancy, I think I started to wear maternity pants when I was almost 4 months!  This pregnancy will definitely be different.
  • I actually cut out drinking anything but water to be a little healthier and I've actually lost 3 lbs (not trying too), but I feel so bloated and my pants feel tight.

  • I need someone to deflate my belly already. This bloating is horrible! I already look 6 month pregnant even though I'm almost 7 weeks. Where's the stretchy pants?
  • I can't button most of my pants and the ones I can are still pretty tight. I'm not ready to buy maternity pants quite yet so I bought a belly band to help with the serious blump issue I'm having. I wish I could wear leggings or stretchy pants at work. Ugh!!!
  • OMG yes, glad it's not just me.  I'm 8w today and I look at least 5 months.  I'm for sure getting funny looks from the people at work (I have not told anyone yet!)
  • I haven't gained any weight, but have gone up and down some with bloat. My shirts are hella tight though! Ugh!

  • Weight wise, I've actually had the opposite happen to me and I've lost 10 pounds due to morning sickness. That being said tho, I've already gone out and bought some maternity pants. Seems way too early but my other jeans just hurt. I'm just over 10 weeks.
  • I'm down to two pair of pants and those are getting tight and uncomfortable. I've actually lost weight but I can't button my panta
  • I still fit into my work pants but not comfortably and next size up looked too baggy. I tried to go to the mall with the little energy I have. Circled around and around for parking Close to door then I gave up and left. I seem to have much less patience now. I can only wear jeggings and yoga pants until I go try shopping again
  • I'm down to 3 pairs of pants. Thankfully I can get away with wearing leggings once maybe twice a week to work. I save those for the extra bloat days. I would much rather a bump than bloat
  • I broke down over the weekend and bought my first pair of maternity jeans! I'm 9 weeks and 3 days now.
  • I'm having a similar problem. Before I got pregnant the first time I lost a lot of weight, and so I have a bunch of "bigger clothes". Well those are tight already! I was able to hide it u til 16 weeks last time. I'm already having problems, and I'm only 10 weeks. I may have to find some maternity dress pants. Ugh. I didn't have to do this the last time!

  • Me too!! I had a nice average shape. Fairly flat tummy and now all of the sudden, I've got a pooch. I can still fit my sz 6 jeans but they aren't comfortable. I'm 7ish weeks.
  • I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I am 8 weeks and I feel like I look about 5 months pregnant. Can't fit into any of my pants and am wearing a belly band every day. I'm 125 pounds and 5'5" so i'm on the average/thin side. I really didn't think I would look this big already... it's kind of horrifying.

Also, I am eating lots of healthy food but today I broke down and ate a bag of sour skittles. They were so good. That is my guilty confession of the day, lol.

I honestly do not own a scale, although I suppose I should get one now. I can't possibly have gained too much weight from eating considering I puke pretty much everything up and sometimes have to force myself to eat! But my bloat is SO BAD!!! OMG what you said about your underwear.... my problem exactly!!! They're cutting me off! LOL

The miracle of life, huh?... so, so much fun! ;)

Great. Now I want some sour skittles. LMAO

Although, I have to think about how whatever I'm going to eat is going to taste the "second time" and I'm not so sure about that... LOL
  • Totally feeling it! I'm usually mostly gluten free but had to give it up and eat whatever sounded like I could get it in over the last few weeks. It's definitely the majority of my bloat and its gross. I am looking forward to it warming up a bit and then I think I want to just wear dresses for the next 7 months....
  • Oh my... Now I want sour skittles!!!! Hahaha!

On another note the bloat! Wow I had no idea it would be like this! I am 6w 3d and I seriously can not button the jeans I just bought in November
  • I'm busting out of my pants like a can of popped biscuits.
  • I'm so bloated! Someone please deflate me!
  • I'm super bloated, and I have a painful ovarian cyst. I had to go to maternity pants at 8 weeks; regular pants put too much pressure on my belly. I'm 10 weeks now, and a little less bloated than I was, but still rocking the maternity pants and will probably just stay in them for the duration, haha.
  • I'm glad to not be the only one too. The scale says I haven't gained weight, but I can visibly tell that my waist line has expanded!
