BAD back pain help ...

I'm 21 weeks tmr pregnant with my little baby boy as much as I love being pregnant sleeping is starting to become a problem for me never have I ever felt this pain and this is my second son also sitting down gives me lots of discomfort also in my back! Any suggestions
