What does this even mean? There is nothing more than a title so I honest have no idea what your asking. If you're asking about YOUR genital health I'm sure your doctor would be more than happy to discuss that with you. It is, essentially, their job after monitoring baby.
If you're talking about the baby's genital health, I've never heard of anything being done about problems in the uterus. I've heard of multiple procedures that are done after birth got various problems. But once again, that's something you need to discuss with your doctor.
Oh, I am really sorry. Somehow it didn't render the text . Thanks a lot for noticing it and your prompt response
Here is the text -
1. What sort of problems or complications can still occur after 22 weeks and are there things I should do to avoid them ?
2. Apart from tests results, are there any abnormal signs or markers that people might have observed, to see if baby is all healthy ?
3. After my marriage my husband stayed like 3 yrs away from me. So
after marriage, we probably had sex only like 8-10 times until now. I
am just think if my genitals aren’t too tight Or there are any tests to see if delivery would go comfortable & normal

Your anatomy scan between 18-22 weeks should detect many possible problems. You can also opt for an amniocentesis to detect many genetic issues. Granted, not every issue can be detected prior to birth. If you've had the tests available just try to relax.
Your vagina will stretch. You can't test your vagina and pelvis to see if delivery will be comfortable. To be honest, delivery isnt comfortable period, except for Michelle Duggar maybe (those babies must just fall out by now). A penis will never, ever compare to a babies head and body. As for how your labor and delivery will go, you'll just have to wait and see. Being upright and aware of the pain you may experience beforehand can help, but sometimes a hard delivery and/or csection will happen regardless. Again, relax.
