Do I look pregnant or just bloated?

So I am only 9w4d and I feel super bloated but my mom and sister say that I just look pregnant... What do you all think?

The same thing was going through my head this morning! I like to think of it as something that just goes along with pregnancy. So I don't mind thinking of it as a "bump". People notice I'm "showing", though I know it's more me than baby intrusion. I don't typically gain weight around the belly so it's special that way.

I would search the board for similar questions-- one member posted an excellent graphic that showed that baby does not rise about the pelvis until about 12-13 weeks, so it is all bloat until that point! Some ladies have reported showing earlier with their second. Even if it is just bloat, it is because of precious baby!

I'm 8w and have a blump. My stomach was fairly flat with my first pregnancy through the 1st tri, but this time it's quite obvious. I think my muscles are just more relaxed, and I know I can't physiologically be 'showing' but it sure looks like it!

Along with bloat I keep seeing that the uterus is about the size of a grapefruit at around this point. I'm not sure how that could not cause some bump too!

Yeah, I definitely have a rounder tummy. It could just be from eating more and being bloated, but it feels different to me

I don't mind it much. Can't wait for the real thing, though!

I can't see the photo. But, guess what? Mine is clearly just bloat and fat at this point. My stomach didn't even bounce back from #2

You do look pregnant, but at 9 weeks, it's just well-placed bloat.

Definitely looks like a bump, even if it is just bloat! My bloat just makes me look heavier, not a cute bump like your's.

I am having that problem now. I am seriously bloated. My once flat tummy looks as if I am already three months so it sucks. But not so bad. I know the bloat is because of the hormones (my OB told me that) and I also know there is nothing I can do about it so it's cool just feels funny.

Wishing I could say that!! I'm overweight so I just feel more fat! lol. I can't wait until it's rounded and obviously a baby bump.

I've given up the fight against blump. Today my co worker exclaimed loudly "oh look you're showing already!" I'm 9 weeks 2 days and my bloat definitely looks like a bump, especially later in the day or if I really have to pee. I can't wait for 12 weeks so I can just show it off and be like "yep that's my baby!!"

To an outsider I would say bump but knowing sizes and things by being pregnant, I would say bloat. I've learnt to just embrace my bloat bump right now lol. In the morning tho, it is a bit of a baby bump for me. In the evening, it's def bloat!!

I have been feeling the same way! I look pregnant already at 9 weeks 3 days but I know it's just bloat. Making it hard to keep it a secret til the end of the first trimester when I'm looking like I'm 1/2 way through my pregnancy! Lol Plus, my beanpole coworker is pregnant as well. She's at 13 weeks and we are showing just about the same at this point, her first baby and my third though.
