  Longest you have is a little less than 5 weeks. There's a definitive end in sight. How much of those 5 weeks you have no one here can answer to any degree. Try warm baths and other comfort measures and focus on enjoying your baby movements. They're not the same from the outside.

  IF YOU DONT EVEN KNOW HOW WOULD WE?!? Call your doctor if you're ever concerned. And dilation and effacement mean nothing until you're actually in labor.
