Don't move your arms/wrists/hands until you give birth. At all. You might even make like make shift splints and put on them until then, just to be safe. That should do the trick.
I have it. It started towards the end of my second trimester. I don't know to treat it and I haven't been doing anything special. It's supposed to go away after pregnancy.
I starting having issues in the beginning, and my Dr gave me a splint to wear while I sleep. It has been helping quite a bit. I just suggest buying one from the store because I was charged $100 for it!
