bubbly utetus?

Tomorrow (the 4th) is my due date and I have been having strange bubbly feelings in the bottom of my uterus. Labor symptoms have been suspiciously and annoyingly absent, except that I am dilated to about 3cm and 80% effaced. It doesn't hurt but it feels like he's gonna fall out, somehow painlessly. Is this normal or am I crazy or is it a combination, perhaps?

    I actually get those bubbly feelings too. It feels like she's burping/farting down in my hips. My OB said it was normal when I asked a few weeks ago. I also feel like baby will just fall out, or as I call it "sneak out", but if you have any concerns always call your doctor.
    And remember, dilation and effacment mean nothing until you're actually in labor. On the bright side you could go into labor at any time. Worse case scenario is you go to 42 weeks.

    @HayleyBugg55 don't I know it... The first time he told me that I could have this baby anytime was 2 weeks ago. I got really excited and started googling every symptom I thought I might have. I'm now convinced that everything can be a symptom of labor, from water breaking to stubbing your toe.

    That is why I stay far away from Google unless it's a last resort. It is not a pregnant woman's friend.
