I'm a huge book fan which is why my girls already have a million, so I picked stacking toy since they don't have any, but I agree that you can't go wrong with books, but all of these are something a kid would enjoy!

I voted stacking toy because M loves to knock down towers I build. He shrieks with delight, which keeps me building. But I think any of the options are good ones.
I voted other. We could use some clothes for DS. At first we had tons. Lots of hand me downs and gifts but we don't have many clothes for him as he gets bigger.

My little guy is obsessed with his rubber ducks at bath time. We have a variety of sizes and he's like a dog trying to fit them all in his mouth at once. It's pretty stinkin cute. My vote is for bath toys. Never underestimate the power of a simple (rubber duck, ball, book) gift!
