I'm assuming this was a transabdominal ultrasound. Soooo I'd guess a boy although I know it's too early to really tell, I think the Ramzi theory is fun anyways!
Thanks ladies! The doctor said it was too early but I'm dying to find out! Going to do an elective ultrasound at 14 weeks for a good idea of what it is. Then hopefully it'll be confirmed at 16 weeks!
@akrews, You realize your personal information is all over that photo, right?
I also would suggest you reconsider paying for an ultrasound at 14 weeks. I wouldn't trust the results that early. I'd be slightly more comfortable at 16 weeks, but even then is still borderline early. I know you're excited and anxious, but there's a reason that most scans where they can predict sex are scheduled around 18-20 weeks (even though that's not the purpose of the scan).
If you still go for it at 14 weeks, don't go painting the room gender specific colors or cutting tags off of things yet!
I would wait until later. My friends were told they were definitely having a girl, they posted on facebook, people bought and sent outfits, and BAM! It was a boy.
He's still cute - but he didn't want to wear all that pink

I really don't think a new baby cares what color or style of clothes you put on it.

No, but you'd probably confuse people in pictures. There's still a very high blue=boy pink=girl stigma. This is why I'm team green.

There is and it is silly. Hopefully my baby will be wearing lots of gender neutral clothes
You can easily tell the gender at 14 weeks if you go to an experienced sonographer with the right equipment. We went to the same place this time as we did with our son, and it was very obvious both times the sex of the baby by 14 weeks. With my son he could tell within 2 seconds, with this one it took about 5 minutes to get a clear shot and see the 3 lines.
Re: Need help with Ramzi theory or Genital Nub!!
11 weeks is too early to tell via ultrasound.
There is a 50% chance its a girl.
There is also a 50% chance its a boy.
