Baby posterior at 39+ weeks

hey, I'm a ftm and I'm just about 40 weeks. I am currently sick with a cold that I just can't seem to knock no matter what I do! Any home remedies that help that are worth a try? Couldn't imagine delivering while sick.

My doctor told me at my 39 weeks appt that my baby is head down but OP posterior. Being a first time mom I've been worrying and searching everything on the internet that I could possibly do to help her turn her body.. Is there anything you suggest ? And is it true that most babies turn during labour? Have any of you experienced this ?

Ask your doctor about the cold. I've been struggling too and my doctor told me I could take Sudafed. I just took it for 1 day and it helped tremendously.
