One of the girl names we were considering is Celestine (DH's grandma's name), and I was actually surprised at how many people seemed to really like it (not that I cared, but I thought opinions would be a bit more split.) We also really liked about Madeline and Matilda, which would fit your criteria.

Here in the UK we would pronounce Ciara like Kiera (Keer-a). I like Calliope as a pp suggested.

Is Madeleine too popular these days? Margaret? Cassiopeia?
