  Perhaps looking online would be more beneficial to you.
  There was a post about cord blood banking not too long ago and a majority of people on here aren't doing it

  She is asking specifically about tissue not just cord blood. Mrs Rosario I am doing cord blood but decided to forgo saving tissue however, you can change your mind at the last minute if the bank you use send you a collection kit that can hold both blood and tissue.
