The first trimester is filled with morning sickness (and ends there, if we are lucky) stress and sometimes possible losses. How do you stay active during this or any other stages? Any one have tips for moms looking to become a bit more active during this time?

I know if you were active before you can continue with slight modifications. Personally I've been lacking haven't lifted in 6 months? I'd like to limit my weigh gain (seeing as I'm already heavier then I'd like) I plan on yoga and modified pilates.
