Contractions or Babies Moving?!

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this but I'm 36 weeks and 3 days with my twins and I've been getting contractions but my doctors don't seem to worried about it but lately I've been getting really bad stomach pains. And I don't know if they're contractions or just my twins moving. Sometimes I see them moving around but I'm in so much pain that I don't know if it's normal because there is no more room is there or if something is actually wrong. And I wanted to know if other mothers have felt like this

    Wish I had an answer for you. I don't but I'm in the same boat at 37 + 2. I'm only 1cm dilated so even if they are real contractions, they're not very productive. Have u had your cervix checked yet?
