I'm going to join you ladies this month! Workout done. I'm just starting my water now. This is probably a dumb question but how much water is everyone drinking at once? I'm not the type to sip on a drink throughout the day. can i do 3 30oz cups a day, drinking the 30oz in about 5 minutes? Or do I need to drink less at a time/more often throughout the day?
@ChelK3 just drink water however you feel comfortable! Everyone is different. I know when I work out in the mornings I can have 50oz done by lunch, but if I don't it's harder to get it in. I started sipping all day from a big bottle but now I find I prefer to have glasses of water throughout the day and try to finish a glass before moving on.
