2/1/15 workout

Happy February!

50 squat punches (sink into a squat position and hold it while punching, one punch is one)

20 double crunches (knees at 90 degrees, bring your knees and bum up and regular crunch at the same time)

Water 90oz

  • I'm going to join you ladies this month! Workout done. I'm just starting my water now. This is probably a dumb question but how much water is everyone drinking at once? I'm not the type to sip on a drink throughout the day. can i do 3 30oz cups a day, drinking the 30oz in about 5 minutes? Or do I need to drink less at a time/more often throughout the day?
  • @ChelK3‌ just drink water however you feel comfortable! Everyone is different. I know when I work out in the mornings I can have 50oz done by lunch, but if I don't it's harder to get it in. I started sipping all day from a big bottle but now I find I prefer to have glasses of water throughout the day and try to finish a glass before moving on.

  • I'm using my big cup with a lid and straw from the hospital when i had LO :) it holds 30oz so I'll just try to finish it 3 times a day somehow!
  • I want to try this month too. Today, though, shoveling snow was my workout. Tomorrow I hope to actually follow the program!
  • I am determined to do better this month!! I finished both water and fitness for day 1!
