Cramping.

Hey ladies! I lost my twins three months ago. Since then we have found out we are expecting again im currently 7 weeks 3 days. but the last few days i have the worst pain in my.lower back and even some cramping! And its painful cramping. No bleeding or even spotting. just painful cramps and back ache. i have an ultrasound on Wednesday so ill know more then but i am just so scared. My last ultrasound was on monday and she said the baby's heart rate was low (around 100) and i was six weeks. She said it could be due to an impending miscarriage. Has anyone ever had a similar incident and had everything be okay.

Any advice really would be appreciated

    I have had cramping at around this time with all of my pregnancies (I am 34 weeks and have 2 1/2 year old). The cramping can mean something but doesn't necessarily mean anything. I hope Wednesday comes quickly for you or perhaps ask your doctor to move up the scan.
