contractions at 22 weeks....?

So I am a STM, so I should know better, but a bit confused by this. Last night I was woke up with horrible burning pain in my entire stomach/uterus area. It only lasted about thirty seconds, but happened 4 more times, roughly 5 minutes apart. I, at one point, thought surely these are not contractions but sure as hell felt like it. I could feel LO moving around during all of this, so I also think possibly gas pain. I feel fine this morning, so that's good. Obviously, i am going to talk my OB about this, but wondering if anyone has experienced this, as well.

I would chalk it up to indigestion. Contractions don't feel how you described, but that's just my opinion. It's more like an intense tightening paired with pressure.
