After some severe pelvic pain I went to my obgyn to see not only a ruptured cyst but an gestational sac! Holy surprise!
Being irregular and using birth control I didn't think twice about my missing period let alone that I'm about 6 weeks pregnant.

The kicker is I've been seeing doctors for a week about this all of who didn't catch it. Blood test must be behind but I'm sure glad we decided on a second ultrasound to see if some fluid had dissipated!
