test says 3 weeks, last AF 5 weeks ago?

Someone at my GP office left a message stating "3 weeks preg"....
I know it was a quantitative blood test. That would show the levels of growth hormone (not just if it is there or not). I'm assuming she meant the levels are consistent with 3 weeks after conception.
I think this would make me 5 weeks pregnant, as we count from last period, not conception?
I needed the test to schedule an OB visit.

    Bloodwork can't tell you how far along you are. I'd run away fast from that doctors office.

    I'll stick with I'm preg & I'll find out how preg after an ultrasound lol!
