hey just got my positive test yday. I go to zumba every week like clock work. I can still go right ? I feel fine and want to work out as normal but don't want to over exert myself in the early stages.

I've been told by my doc- if you've done it before the pregnancy you can do it during- just listen to your body!
I love Zba too!

I second that - if you have been doing it since pre pregs - you have the green light to shake it!! Just listen to your body and drink lots of water!

What about all this I hear about keeping your BPM below 140? Is that my obgyn being too conservative? I can't even break a sweat at 140 BPM.
