advice please.

Hello ladies. I'm currently 27 week's pregnant and since yesterday night I have noticed baby isn't moving as much as the usual. Usually in the night time the baby kicks non stop..but didn't really last night. Well today I have felt him move but not as much as I do normally. Is this a cause for concern? Does anyone know what I can do to sooth my mind? Please and thank you.

  • Honey honey honey... If it's kicking it's still alive. Unborn babies are like us humans they have tired days too. Sometimes we just get so used to the kicking that we don't even notice it. Also this topic has been talked and talked about lately. To prevent repeat threads I would search through the pages on the bottom of the thread boards!
  • @rachellewaiting‌ yes she posted Monday and Tuesday the same thread about her baby maybe having seizures in the uterus and now this one..
  • Thank you ladies. I'm a little new to this pregnancy app. I've only posted one other question that I can recall. Maybe I'm mistaken though.
  • I am super confused by all of the posts. Call your dr please. I think your dr needs to explaine some things to you.

  • Like I said ladies I'm not sure how this whole post thing works. I'm sorry if any of this has made any of you mad or upset. (Wasn't my intention) if anyone would be so kind to fill me in on a few things that would be great.
And I called around 430 today and the answer service for my obgyn had answer and when I was trying to explain to them what was going on they said that they were just an answering service and if it wasn't an emergency that I need to wait to call the obgyn in the morning...
  • Can you please tell me what it is that my doctor needs to explain?

    Seriously??

You seem to be getting very nervous about what sounds like normal movements and occasional lack there of. Keep in mind I said sounds like because I'm not a dr so your dr can explain things and give you better info then we can. Stress is the worst thing for your baby so talking to your dr can hopefully ease some of this worry for you.

  • @snowbigdeal‌ I'm not disabled by the way. I know clearly what an answering service is. But they had said which I clearly stated that if it wasn't an emergency that I should call me doctor in the morning. No need to be rude. I asked a question for advice not for you to be sarcastic about it.

Hm, I think crack cocaine might be the worst thing for your baby, actually.

Stress is not that big of a deal, as long as you are not experiencing intense anxiety attacks, depression, or the like.

No kidding I didn't know thAt smoking crack was worse then stress! I was referring to her situation. She is stressing and worrying about something that sounds perfectly normal. So the stress she is causing herself over what is probably nothing is the worst thing for her at the moment.
