    No, you can't do anything about that. Sometimes baby won't drop until it's time for labor and delivery. Ask you doctor though, not us.

    I'm 39 weeks too. My baby has been down for weeks. Let's make a deal- you tell me how to get my body to dilate and efface and I'll tell you what I did to get my baby to drop. Since the doctors just don't seem to know what to say other than- wait. I mean it has to be some sort of conspiracy right?
