I got over a pretty nasty cold about a week or so ago. I noticed that while I had the cold, even though I wasn't taking any medicine for it, I produced significantly less breast milk. We had to do some supplementing with formula. Now that my cold is gone, I'm having a hard time producing what I was before I was sick. I'm currently making enough to keep baby happy, but sometimes still having to add in a bottle of formula to make sure he's getting enough. Before I was making enough to keep him happy and pump a little extra. I'd like to get back to that point. Any suggestions?
