   3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI

  2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI

  BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.

  NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 

  RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 

  IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur.

  The Dr got in and said I was still full of scar tissue which the original surgeon didn't see? I don't know, but the bulk of it is gone now. He said I oficially have (had) Ashermans and that my middle of the night D&C caused my uterus to adhere to itself in several places - hence the no period. 

  
  

  He was fantastic in that he took photos throughout the procedure and was able to show me the before, explain why he used scissors to separate my walls instead of the usual laser-like tools so no more scar tissue will build up. It was kind of amazing to see how white my uterus was at the beginniing and how pink it was after. You could see actual color changes which is easier to undertsnad than more of the same grainy U/S photos I have been getting for the last year.

  
  

  I have some sort of uteran 'catheter' in right now to allow my uterus to heal without re-adhereing. I will be in maxis & sweatpants week since I can't wear anything else. I have to schedule a follow-up next week to have the implant removed. Work should be interesting next week - ha.

  FET end of October 2014 cancelled due to fluid in uterus due to possible c-scar defect

  Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele

  3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15

  Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015

  2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN

  Yes. I barely notice it. I do notice the damn tube coming from it though with a bag at the end catching excess blood. I feel so unsanitary. Thank goodness for a large stock of baby wipes.

  So glad it went well! The drain with the balloon is usually to help keep the uterus from adhering again while it heals, and the drain is used to monitor blood/drainage during recovery. Do you know how long they will leave it?

  Question - what does WV stand for?

   

  DD conceived after 3 years of ttc.

  MFI - DH had varicocele repair and took Clomid to get DD b. 02/2010

  TTC #2 since 6/2010
  10/2012 DH diagnosed with Epilepsy
  A few failed IUIs summer 2012 and 2013. 
  DH taking clomid and waiting to see if he needs another vericocele repair. 
  Hoping for a 2015 baby or babies.

  yay for a good surgery! i'm glad they left the Bakri drain in place so your ute won't re-fuse. and super excited for you that it's bearable... my friend had this exact surgery done multiple times for her Asherman's and she said the drain was super uncomfortable. so yay!

   Stopped preventing when DS was 6 months old (4/13), really started TTC 10/13
  Started clomid July 2014, 3 failed rounds of clomid w OB (low pro on CD 21) sent to RE

  HSG and blood work all good
  round 1: clomid and trigger shot~BFN
  round 2: clomid, trigger and IUI~BFN
  round 3: clomid, trigger and IUI +4 booster HCG~NOPE

  On a break!!! Til April/May
