I am 14 weeks pregnant with a 3rd baby:) yesterday I had some bleeding after intercouse.. Which scared me.. I had never had any bleeding with other 2 pregnancies.. I called dr right away.. They were closed today.. Going for ultrasound tomorrow.. Trying to be calm.. Every time I speak to family member I break down.. And reading on the internet doesn't help..

    Was it enough to fill a pad? Do you have cramps? If yes, I'd be worried.

    Some bleeding after intercourse is normal as your cervix is softer. Happened to me last pregnancy. Was only a little bit and was bright red..freaked me out but on call nurse assured me it was normal.

    If deff give your doc a call first thing tomorrow. Hope you find out it's nothing!

    Fingers crossed that all is well!! I've had several bouts of spotting, so I know how scary it can be. My OB told me not to stress unless I was bleeding enough to soak a pad and had cramping with it.

    For me, my cervix had just dropped really low while my retroverted uterus started to straighten up, and it got irritated all the time...especially after intercourse! You may have just bumped your cervix and irritated it a bit. Let us know what you find out tomorrow!

    Happened to me in all my pregnancies. Your cervix is softer and it can irate the blood vessels. If it's not filling a pad or you don't have severe cramping everything should be ok.

    Yeah, I get that but also, if the OB was THAT worried you would have been sent to the ER. Hopefully that calms your nerves a little bit.

    Hasn't happened to me, but my OB warned me in advance that this happens and not to be worried unless it was persistent and accompanied by cramps. Best of luck at your ultrasound!

    Definitely scary, but you may have just burst a blood vessel. Check with your OB, but baby is probably fine!

    Had an ultrasound.. Baby looked healthy and everything was good:) thank God!! Placenta was normal.. Not sure why I was bleeding.. Dr next week... Feeling better after hearing the heartbeat and that everything was good..
