Folet One Prenatal Pills

Hi ladies! I just went for my prenatal labs today and the nurse gave me Folet One Prenatal pills to take. I couldn't find reviews on it online and I've never heard of those pills before, so I was wondering if anyone has taken them? And if so how did you like it? Side effects?

I've never taken Folet One Prenatals before, but I found a link that explains a bit more about them, including side effects:

As far as reviews, I couldn't find any either. Maybe it's a new product.
