Cramps/spotting

I noticed last night when I went to the bathroom, I was spotting(and of course got scared)! Is this normal? I have had no symptoms up until now & I'm 11 wks. I have had in again, off again cramping like I do before my period.

I had this with my first and everything turned out fine. I would talk to your doctor if you are really concerned. They may be able to do an ultrasound to put your mind at ease.
