Great way to ease nausea

I found these awesome things called "Preggie Pops" sold at my local babies r us. They really work for nausea and they help with dry mouth too. They also have lozenges if suckers aren't your thing.

Posted a pic of what they look like so you know what to look for!image

Re: Great way to ease nausea

  • Buying these on lunch!!! I haven't held down lunch in almost a week. Do you just pop them in when you start to feel queasy???

  • people have luck with a lot of different hard candies really. so if you can't find these try jolly rangers or something similar.

also, vitamin B6 and ginger ale work for some.

  • Yep!! They work almost immediately too. The ginger and peppermint flavor work the best!
  • They do nothing for me.

  • ^^^ consult your doctor then. They have meds they can give you if natural doesn't work.

    Good luck!!
  • Haha I just orders these from amazon. We are a long way from any store that carries them. Fingers crossed!
  • Regular sucking candies work the same exact way.  Sucking on a mint or a candy, or chewing gum, helps ease nausea.  I get the Lifesaver Peppermints.

  • I have also heard sour patch kids work for some women. Personally, anything sweet makes me want to throw up so...:(
  • You can ask your dr for diclegis. It's for pregnant women with mild nausea. It has an antihistamine and vitamin B. It seemed to work for me until I started getting heartburn.
  • The pops aren't sweet!! Warning you now! They are mainly sour, and minty. But the sour helps with dry mouth and nausea for me
