  I, too, am curious how long you've been trying? How do you define trouble?
  

  Married to the love of my life since September 2013.
  TTC #1 since January 2014
  Met with RE Nov 2014: Cyst on left ovary. Laparoscopy/Hysteroscopy 12/3 to remove cyst, endo, polyp, and fibroid
  12/14: Natural cycle = BFN
  1/15: Starting Femara for IUI #1

  My husband and I have been trying to conceive for awhile now too. I find this process extra hard since I work in OB/labor and delivery. Some days it's hard to even go to work, but hopefully one day we'll have one of our own!

  I have been a patient at RMANJ for over a year now and I about to have a FET with a natural cyle (non medicated). I've had a medicated FET last year and I did get pregant, but unfortunately had a miscarriage. My dr. says there is no difference in pregancy rates between the two protocols. Any feedback? Any success stories?

  It can take a healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant. Anything under that (aka 12 months) is not trouble. It is normal.
