Meal plan Monday

Sunday-Pork roast, potato pancakes and carrots
Monday-Meatballs, mashed potatoes and corn *Tried something new I saw on the Chew over christmas, putting a little cottage cheese into the meatballs. Hope they are good
Tuesday-Chicken stir fry
Wednesday-Fish, mac and cheese and coleslaw
Thursday-Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Friday-Pizza

  • Monday - Pot Roast, egg noodles, carrots
    Tuesday - Chicken Enchilada Soup 
    Wednesday - Turkey Chili in Slow Cooker
    Thursday - Stuffed Green Peppers
    Friday - Pizza Night
    Saturday - ???   Something simple like grilled cheeses or a casserole
    Sunday - Subs and chips Dip during Super Bowl

  • Saturday- miso soup and vegi rolls- massive fail. Never again.
    Sunday- beef stew with carrots, parsnips, beets and apples with rice and a salad
    Monday- Mac cheese for kids, leftovers for adults
    Tuesday- black beans and rice with chorizo
    Wednesday- grilled cheese?
    Thursday- salad with oranges, goat cheese and walnuts
    Friday- probably take out
    IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.

  • Midway through the week but Ill post anyway!
    Sunday: Pasta with Meatballs and salad

    Monday: Mexican casserole

    Tuesday: had sauce and meatballs leftover so made more pasta and also made sausage and peppers

    Wednesday: Chicken cutlets, roasted potatos, broccoli

    Thursday: Leftovers (there is still casserole left that I want to finish, and I am making 6 chicken cutlets so there will at least 2 left).
    Friday: Probably pizza or chinese
