PISA versus Medela double electric

Hi guys,
I searched the board on mobile and this didn't specifically come up so please let me know if there is another thread! I am somewhat new to the board after a short tour here last year when DD was born.
I used the Medela double electric last time which I thought worked well but I only lasted 4 months after traveling for work. So I want to make sure I have the best pump out there that insurance will cover this time (due in June). Has anyone used both the double electric and the PISA? Worth an upgrade fee?
Also, I am assuming all of the parts will fit but wanted to double check.
