Has anyone had cramps in early pregnancy (when?) and gone on to have a healthy baby? ie not miscarried. Having left side cramping at 4w and worried because had the same last time and had a MMC.
Like PP said, cramping and muscle aches are completely normal. Try to drink lots of water and take a tylenol if you need it. Also, you may try a heating pad to help release the tight muscles. =D

Pretty sure it's normal. I had cramping - on one side like you - since 4 weeks. They lasted just over a week. After that, they came and went - on either side - for the next week. Now they come once or twice a day. If the cramping is bad enough that it's making it difficult to walk (mine were a little worse than period-like at first), and the bleeding is bright red and heavy, then maybe you should talk to your doctor. But it doesn't sound like it is. I had the same concerns in the beginning but apparently it's normal.
I hope everything turns out alright this time around.
